In 2021 Sergii had his debut with the feature film ‘Pulse’. It's a biographical drama based on the real story of a track-and-field athlete. The film won Best Picture and Best Director at the Flathead Lake International Cinemafest (USA), the Jury Award at the Nice International Film Festival (France) and Best Feature at the Richmond International Film Festival (USA).
His second film is a documentary that captures the stories of eleven women as they recount the pivotal moments that forced them to become war refugees. The film delves into their desperate choices and fleeting hopes, revealing a side of war often lost amidst the news and statistics. It won Best Human Rights Film at Berlin International Short fest and continued the festival's journey.
Third film explores the effects of color, light, and rhythm and represents a significant impact at human beings, focusing on a deeper understanding of how these elements influence human perception at the point of leading specialists in cognitive science and art.
